Stop whale hunt: court

SYDNEY Australia January 15, 2008: In a case brought before an Australian Federal Court by the Humane Society International, the judge has ruled that the Japanese whaling fleet is operating illegally by taking whales in Australia's own whale sanctuary. Japan fails to recognize Australia's Antarctic claims or the whale sanctuary. Sydney Morning Herald
